Instructions to forget-se / Looking loss / The two

Training Workshop and physical-conceptual-epistolary-performative-macarra-hedonist-idioTincrático non Research and luxury on the possibilities of the encounter between bodies.

General idea

I propose a place to erase the memory.

Trying to forget or trying not to remember how a body is perceived, as should behave, as he has learned to move, to physically organize and to relate to other bodies.

Forgetting as a strategy to be more accessible and redefine technical, movement and meetings.

Forgetting as a strategy to build and generate movement and new vocabularies.

Exploring the boundaries of the unknown, negotiating with the weight and power of the known.

I propose a place to look, accept and use the loss. Loss of control, loss of form, loss expectations, loss meanings.

Let's try to be bodies that get to be something other than what they had always been, bodies accept not being in control, bodies do not decide, bodies react, which they are delivered to the continuous present, bodies capable of being…

Redefining the map of our anatomy, redefining the map of our needs, redefining the map of our decisions…and building an alternative Atlas for traveling…and lost again.

Physical training, manipulations , fictitious therapies, visual poems, collection of healthy conflict and accidents on the possibilities of the encounter between two bodies.

How people work and methodology

This is a workshop-research-experience where technique and practice will be the main protagonists.

It will be structured 3 wherever, always with the idea to "investigate how to approach and be together" will combine and explore different techniques of contemporary dance, different approaches to the body and to the presence and different techniques such as Alexander, Feldenkrais with other disciplines-

martial arts like Judo, Aikido and tuishou.

– First phase

Energy training, a practice where participants will have to deal with fatigue, concentration and sensitivity is developed where synaesthetic, coordination, flexibility and concentration.

– Second level

"Laboratory", where we will exercise, experiences and experiments, drift, contexts and situations and play with concepts such as "updated" and "be accessible".

-And a final part we might call: Herbal Digestive, where he briefly conclude the day and close the day together.
