Online purchase of tickets, subscriptions and audio tours will admit credit and debit card as payment methods with a single payment. Once acquired the tickets and subscriptions, changes, refunds or cancellations will not be allowed. Once made the purchase of an audio tour, you will be able to choose your language when the visit begins.

- Monday to Friday: 10:00-14:00, 16:00-20:00.
- Saturdays when there is a performance at the Main Auditorium: 10:00-14:00, 16:00-20:00
- Saturdays when there is a performance in other venues or other events: two hours before the show starts.
- Sundays and holidays when there is a performance: two hours before the show starts.
- Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays when there is no performance.
- The Box Office accepts payments in cash and by credit or debit card.
- Virtual cards will not be admitted
INFORMATION ABOUT SUBSCRIPTIONS PURCHASE
The same holder will be able to acquire 10 subscriptions maximum. Teatro Real reserves its right to proceed to the cancellation of subscriptions in case of the non-payment of its cost and to deny the subscription renewal if circumstances require it. The transfer of subscriptions’ ownership is not allowed.
