13 Jun, 17

Supported by:

Acknowledged as the great artist he is, along with the emotional ties between Juan Diego Flórez and the Teatro Real, makes each of this Peruvian tenor's recitals a unique experience in Madrid. His performance on 13 June closes the series "Voces del Real” (Voices of the Teatro Real) and will most certainly be one of its highlights. Flórez has a crystal-clear voice and extraordinary coloratura, he is considered to be the most important bel canto tenor of the present day. His recital programme includes a beautiful combination of arias and art songs by Cimarosa, Mozart, Rossini, Leoncavallo, Mascagni, Puccini and Verdi. The tenor will be accompanied by the orchestra of the Teatro Real under conductor Christopher Franklin.
