About the course

What is necessary for the members of a team to be truly cohesive and thus be able to take advantage of all the individual and collective potential? What are the most challenging aspects that can lead to success in results or derailment in performance?

This workshop continues "Opera and leadership: the art of working with high-performance teams", expanding and deepening the most challenging and recurrent aspects of management and teamwork, such as conflicts, commitment, co-responsibility, motivation and negotiation, using opera as a paradigmatic example of preparation and management and the metaphor of hands on the piano as a high-performance team.

As in the first part, work will be done in a practical, interactive and, above all, useful way, so that the participants can take away knowledge and application tools for their own teams and projects.

About the teacher

Fernando Notaro calls himself a musiconomist, since those are the careers he formally did: he graduated in Economics and dedicated himself to music in parallel: from the age of 5 he began to play the piano, already at 13 professionally. This aspect has intensely enriched him both in his professional and personal life, providing him with a differential vision in matters of leadership and team development.
