This marimba and percussion trio concert, featuring the charismatic marimba soloist Conrado Moya and the talented percussion group Boost,
invites us to celebrate Christmas in a very special way, with a round-the- world trip through music. It’s an ideal entertainment for all the family, full
of energy, colours and vibrant sounds.
In this programme, every piece is a window open on different cultures, with compositions taking us from the mysticism of India to the festive joy
of the Balkans. With the magical sounds of the marimba and powerful percussion rhythms, the composers N. Zivkovic, E. Séjourné, J. Thrower, J.
Cagwin and M. Miki have created pieces combining modern and traditional sounds, surrounding the audience with a festive atmosphere full of strength and vitality. The performance is full of passion, skill and joy, ideal for sharing as a family during the Christmas holidays.
