Synopsis of Tamerlano
It depicts the intrigues of the rivalry between Tamerlane, the Mongol conqueror, and Bajazet, the Ottoman emperor. Tamerlano wishes to marry Asteria, Bajazet's fiancée, and love and political conflicts arise.
