Madrid's Plaza Mayor becomes the Teatro Real thanks to a cinema screen. On 2 July, at 10pm, we will stream the zarzuela Luisa Fernanda, by Federico Moreno Torroba. This production stars Plácido Domingo, Nancy Herrera, José Bros and Mariola Cantanero, is directed by Emilio Sagi and conducted by Jesús López Cobos.
This way, the Teatro Real joins the celebration of a similar anniversary to its Bicentenary: the 400-anniversary of the Plaza Mayor.
